You May Be Here Because...

Your current mortgage payment is affecting the retirement you imagined.

You want to stay in your home but need more financial flexibility.

You have significant home equity but are unsure how to use it.

You are deciding whether to stay, sell, or downsize.

You are helping your parents understand their options.

You want to purchase a home that better fits your next chapter.

You do not need to know which option is right before we talk. We can start with what you want your home and retirement to make possible.

Is a Reverse Mortgage Right for You?

A reverse mortgage can allow eligible homeowners 62+ to access a portion of their home equity without required monthly principal and interest mortgage payments. You continue to own your home and must continue meeting the loan requirements, including paying property taxes and homeowners insurance, maintaining the home, and occupying it as your principal residence when required.

The important question isn't whether a reverse mortgage is simply “good” or “bad.” It's whether it fits your home, finances, goals, and plans for retirement.

Clear Answers From Someone Who Truly Listens

A reverse mortgage is not simply a financial product. It is a decision about your home, your retirement, and often your family.

That is why I begin by listening to what you want your next chapter to look like. I will explain the options in plain language, walk through the benefits and tradeoffs, and welcome the people you trust into the conversation.

My goal is not to convince every homeowner to get a reverse mortgage. My goal is to help you understand whether one actually fits your situation.

Licensed in California, Arizona and Texas. NMLS #2166834.

How the Conversation Works

Step 1

Start with a conversation

We begin with your home, your current mortgage, and what you want this chapter to look like. You do not need to know which option is right before we talk. Spouses, adult children, and trusted advisors are welcome.

Step 2

Understand the options and tradeoffs

I explain how a reverse mortgage may or may not fit, and what else is worth comparing — staying, selling, downsizing, or purchasing another home. The goal is a clearer picture, not a product pitch.

Step 3

You decide what happens next

There is no pressure to apply. If a next step makes sense, I will walk you through it. If it does not, you still leave knowing more about what your home and retirement can make possible.

Researching This for Mom or Dad?

Helping a parent make decisions about a longtime home can feel overwhelming. There may be financial questions, family questions, and emotional ones.

I'll help your family understand the options without pressure — whether that means staying in the home, selling, downsizing, or exploring whether a reverse mortgage could make sense.
