My story
I'm a San Diego-based mortgage broker and a mom of three — ages 18, 15, and 11. We moved here from Arizona, and putting down roots in a new community taught me how much the right guidance matters when you're making one of life's biggest financial decisions.
That belief in community shows up in how I work. Each month I host a Coffee & Donut neighborhood gathering on the first Monday — a relaxed way to connect with neighbors, answer questions, and talk through whatever's on your mind, no pressure and no sales pitch.
Who I help
Most of my work is with San Diego homeowners 62+ and the adult children helping them. We talk about staying in the home, improving monthly cash flow, downsizing, or purchasing a home that fits the next chapter — and whether a reverse mortgage belongs in that picture.
I also work with buyers and homeowners who need a traditional purchase or refinance conversation. Spouses, adult children, and trusted advisors are always welcome.

You decide what happens next
There is no pressure to apply. If a next step makes sense, I will walk you through it. If it does not, you still leave knowing more about what your home and retirement can make possible.

My approach is calm, patient, transparent, and educational — with the systems in place to keep your loan moving smoothly. I'll never rush you or talk over your head. My job is to explain your options in plain language so you can make a confident decision.
